Cancellation conditions:

Dear Guest

Thank you very much for you hotel reservation. In terms of § 535 BGB a binding contract has been fulfilled. Therfore, the following charges in case of cancellation, short-term changes or early departure shall apply:

Up to 4 weeks before arrival, cancellation is free of charge.
Up to 2 weeks before arrival, we charge 50% of the agreed rate.
Up to 1 week before arrival and in the case of an early departure, we charge 80% of the agreed rate.

For group bookings of more than 4 rooms the following agreement shall apply:

Up to 6 weeks before arrival, cancellation is free of charge.
Up to 3 weeks before arrival, we charge 50% of the agreed rate.
Up to 1 week before arrival and in the case of an early departure, we charge 80% of the agreed rate.
